Filtre kahve testlerim

Normalde ben turk kahvesi severim, filtre kahveci degilim. Fakat bu filtre kahve de bazi zamanlar insana haz cok iyi gelebiliyor.

Yine fakat bu kahve biraz nazli bence. Kisiden kisiye zevkler ve renkler ciddi anlamda farkediyor. Kimisi erik, elma gibi bitkisel aromalar seviyor ya da kahvesini hic koklamiyor bile gercekten sasiriyorum. Zira ben kakao ve bitter aromalarini seven ve kahvenin kokusuna da onem veren biriyim.

Ayrica pek cok filtre kahve benim gibi turk kahvesi severler icin biraz hafif kaliyor, adeta cay gibi olabiliyor bazilari. Ben gercekten guclu ama aci ve yanik olmayan kahveleri begeniyorum.

Bu yuzden bir maceraya basladim ve test edebildigim tum filtre kahveleri test edip en begenecegim hangisi arastirmaya basladim. Bu blogu yazmadan once 6 cesit kahveyi denedim bile. Yorumlarimi Twitter’de karaliyordum ama artik faydadan cok zarar veren bir sosyal mecraya donusunce solugu Medium’da almis bulunuyorum.

Ne kadar iyi demleyiciyim, ne kadar iyi gurmeyim gercekten tartisilir. Ama baskin ozellikleri tarif edebilecegimi dusundugum bir seriyi baslatmis bulunuyorum.
