Week 8

I picked the desk with the simple glass design. The main reason I picked this piece is because of the German word for haus. I just related to it because of taking German in high school. Also the desk looks the best compared to the others. The simple glass looks most professional to me. The desk owner must be an architect and I would assume to be a man. The such simple glass desk I would think to be a man women are usually expected to have flowers or other such feminem accessories. In the Boyer, MA “Farmers of Marin County” I picked several images that brought my attention. The first one being picture 13 with Patti Elliot picking Meyer lemons in her own orchard. She started this 12 years ago passing down from her mother’s garden. She then delivers these lemons to restaurants and grocery stores within miles from her home. The reason I picked this picture is the photographers choice of a photo. He perfectly captures the attention of the audience by focusing the camera on Patti Elliot even though the lemons are closer to the lens. I wish to one day maybe pick from a orchard even though Wisconsin is boring only having apple trees and pumpkins.
