… You research the person or group of people before contacting them.

Your message is simply a bridge. A bridge that demonstrates where they are now. The other side of the bridge is where they want to be. Your message paints a picture to what the other side is like.

Communicate what they have to gain or problems they can avoid by using your product or service.

Take dating websites.

… You know the whoever you message is actively looking for a partner. If your message communicates how YOU can make their life better, somehow. It should be successful.

It’s very similar with marketing your physical assets (As in products and services, not on your dating site!)

… You must explain who you are and what you do quickly and effectively while you have the targets attention.

Write what you do in an appealing way in as little words as possible…
