More of AI will see emergence of More Buddhas and Einsteins!!!

Because of rise of Artificial Intelligence, the importance of human creativity is also rising. Societies are thinking how next generation should be equipped with a more creative mindset. The organizations of future will be driven by human creativity led talent. Rest of the work will be done by AI powered machines and algorithms.

AI will try to eat up lots of job resulting in a stressful environment. But the human creativity is not going to just sit and watch. It will act as a balancing force. We will see emergence of many Buddhas and Einsteins in the upcoming AI led future.

Today individuals are experiencing benefits of AI in-terms of personalised news feeds, more adapted campaigns & offers, personalised financial advisories etc. They are able to see through how their personal data is getting misused as well. People are becoming more concerned about the lack of transparency on how their personal data is used and monetised. It is the AI which is making it happen. But from where AI draws its power? It draws its power from the underlying data. If quality & quantity of data is low, AI cannot do much. But who controls the data? Handful of big tech behemoths like Facebook, Google, Apple, Amazon who centralize the accumulation and processing of data. The AI powered processing is proprietary to central entities like Facebook, Google, Apple, Amazon. No one know what is inside the proprietary algorithms.

But future will not be like present. More of AI will strengthen the ethos of Buddha — the power of remaining free. More of AI will bring more of Einsteins who will not get caged by these centralized entities and their proprietary control. Einsteins will take the current decentralization movement to a new height. The current decentralization movement is led by technologies like the following:

2. Ethereum: has the power to make proprietary systems & algorithms obsolete. It brings transparency to all. It decentralizes Processing Capabilities to be used by anyone; any strtup!!!

Data is the new oil. While the power of AI is going to rise every day in future, human beings need to start developing skills in utilizing their human creativity which cannot be replicated by AI. Also, the power of AI depends upon the quality and quantity of data it processes. If individuals like you and me start using decentralized technologies like IPFS, Computes, Ethereum, we can tame the AI rather than getting tamed by it.
